Temporary error adding lookup table entries

There was a temporary failure adding lookup table entries, lasting approximately from 20:05 to 20:10 PST on January 20th. We have corrected this problem.

This would have caused recipe jobs to fail with an "internal error" on "add lookup table entry" actions. It is safe to repeat these jobs now, taking into account business logic unrelated to the lookup table of course.
