On November 11, 2025, between approximately 17:30 UTC and 20:30 UTC, the "FileStorage by Workato" connector experienced degraded performance when processing "Create directory" action requests. During this period, customers with high concurrency on the same directory paths may have encountered job failures or delays. The issue has been resolved, and the platform has returned to normal operation. Any jobs that failed during this incident may be repeated if required.
