On December 11th, 2024, between approximately 06:17 PM and 06:43 PM UTC, the Workato platform experienced a degradation in the Event Streams service. Customers may have observed Event Streams publish actions failing with an error message of "An unexpected error has occurred," leading to job failures. Recipes with an Event Streams trigger may have experienced delays in triggering new jobs, while API recipe endpoints using Event Stream actions may have responded with a 500 status code. Clients utilizing the Event Streams API may have experienced 5xx errors when attempting to publish or consume from Event Stream topics. The issue has been resolved, and customers may repeat failed jobs or API requests as needed.
