On June 17, 2025, between approximately 10:30 AM and 10:32 AM UTC, the Workato platform experienced a degradation in its job processing infrastructure. Customers with polling triggers may have observed jobs being created only on a subsequent poll, as configured in the trigger. Job processing was delayed by several minutes, while certain jobs may have experienced failures with the message "Internal Error".
