On December 04, 2025, between approximately 08:13 AM and 08:20 AM PST, the Workato platform experienced a degradation in its job processing service. Customers may have experienced job delays or failures with the error messages "Internal error" or "Job process execution died". The issue has been resolved, and the platform has returned to normal operation. Any jobs that failed during this incident may be repeated if required.
