On February 12, 2026, between approximately 03:22 PM and 08:12 PM UTC, the Workato platform experienced a degradation in its Genie services utilizing OpenAI LLM. Customers may have experienced genie response being returned as unformatted text. The issue has now been resolved, and customers should no longer be seeing unformatted responses from Genies.
