On October 29th, 2024, between approximately 06:49 AM and 07:57 AM PDT, the Workato platform experienced a degradation in its job processing service. Customers may have observed database connector actions failing with an error message of "Internal Error," leading to job failures. The issue has been resolved and customers may repeat failed jobs as required.
