On May 26, 2025, between approximately 06:34 AM and 06:56 AM PDT, the Workato platform experienced a degradation in its job processing service. Customers may have observed job failures with the error message "Internal Error.", job processing delays, or timeout errors in the API Platform. Trigger events are still stored, and users may repeat a job if necessary.
