On March 7, 2025, between approximately 6:24AM and 7:19AM PST, Workato FileStorage experienced a performance degradation. Customers using actions that rely on Workato FileStorage, such as Workflow Apps or SQL Transformation, may have failed with the error message "Internal Error" or "An unexpected error has occurred", leading to job failures. APIM requests may have failed with 5xx errors. Customers may repeat any failed jobs as needed. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact Workato Support at support.workato.com.
