On October 26, 2025, between approximately 10:00 AM and 10:15 AM UTC, the "RecipeOps by Workato" connector experienced degraded performance when processing "Search job history" action requests. During this period, customers may have encountered job failures with "Got status 504" error message. The issue has been resolved, and the platform has returned to normal operation. Any jobs that failed during this incident may be repeated if required.
