On September 9, 2024, at approximately 12:45 PM (UTC), the Logging Service used by Embedded customers in the Logger by Workato Connector experienced a service degradation. This issue resulted in logs generated by the Logger by Workato step in recipe jobs not being sent to the Workato Logging Service when the "Send to Workato log service" toggle was enabled. The issue was resolved on September 11, 2024, at approximately 10:15 AM (UTC). The Logging Service is now fully operational, and logs are being sent to the Workato Logging Service as expected.
