On October 3, 2024, between approximately 07:02 AM and 07:10 AM (UTC), the Workato platform experienced an issue with its data encryption service. Customers may have observed job failures with the error message "Internal Error." Due to the nature of the failure, inspecting job details will also not display job failure details and will display the message "No data to show." We can confirm that failed jobs can be repeated. In addition, recipes may have experienced delays in creating jobs. They would instead have generated a job upon receiving the next trigger event, depending on the trigger type and its configuration.
