On August 11, 2025, between approximately 01:15 PM and 01:48 PM PDT, Workato's QuickBooks Online connector experienced issues owing to the external service provider's API degradation. Customers may have observed errors in QuickBooks Online actions, while triggers may have experienced delays in job creation. Recipes with trigger errors may have been stopped after 60 consecutive errors and may require restarting.
