On December 03, 2025, between approximately 08:00 AM and 11:00 AM UTC, the Workato platform experienced a performance degradation affecting Ruby snippets by Workato. Customers may have observed Ruby snippets by Workato connector actions failing with Internal errors. The issue has been resolved, and customers may retry any failed jobs as needed.
