On January 24th, 2024, between approximately 09:09 AM and 09:34 PM PST, the Workato platform experienced a degradation in webhook processing. Customers may have observed delays in job processing for recipes that use real-time triggers, while recipes using Workbot for Slack triggers may have experienced an "Expired Trigger ID" error message in recipe actions.
