On March 09, 2026, between approximately 15:00 UTC and 16:05 UTC, the Workato platform experienced a degradation in its Connector SDK service. Customers may have experienced "failed to open TCP connection" error in SDK connector actions. Any failed jobs may be repeated as needed. Please contact Workato Support (https://support.workato.com) or your assigned CSM if you have any questions or require assistance regarding this event.
