On October 17, 2024, between approximately 07:14 AM and 07:30 AM PDT, the Workato platform experienced a degradation in its job processing service. Customers may have observed job failures with the error message "Internal Error." Due to the nature of the failure, the job details page for a failed job will display the message "No data to show." Trigger events are still stored, and users may repeat a job if necessary.
