API Proxy 401 errors

On January 16th, 2024, between approximately 10:30 AM and 08:48 PM UTC, Workato's API Platform experienced a degradation in the API Proxy service. Customers may have observed API Proxy endpoints failing with 401 errors. Request failures were also not displayed in API Platform logs. The issue has been resolved, and customers may repeat API requests as needed. However, requests that failed during the incident will not be displayed retroactively in API Platform logs.
